This year\u2019s Summer Sound festival\u2019s line-up is now further expanded by rapper Gacho, this moment\u2019s hottest artist from Lithuania Daddy Was a Milkman, as well as by Radio SWH Priek\u0161nams stage.<\/p>\n
In this year\u2019s Summer Sound festival, you\u2019ll be able to take part in one of the biggest shows this year for rapper Gacho. Attendants will also be entertained by a musician who has gained popularity in Latvia and Lithuania Daddy Was A Milkman, as well as bands Laika Suns and Polifauna, Belorussian band Super Besse and Liep\u0101jas Poprok skola (Liep\u0101ja\u2019s pop-rock school).<\/p>\n
This year the festival\u2019s long time partner\u2019s Radio SWH stage Priek\u0161nams has transformed and become the second biggest beach stage, and will host previously announced Singap\u016bras Sat\u012bns, Fakts, Edav\u0101rdi, Colours of Bubbles and Andis Gr\u012bva is WWMM. These artists will be joined by rapper Ozols with the band Tehnikums, as well as Priek\u0161nams\u2019 new bands ATOM, Patrisha, Aivo Oskis, Gandrei\u017e 10-n\u012bk\u0101 and Rock\u2019n\u2019berries.<\/p>\n

For the new artists, to play at one of the biggest festivals in Latvia is a huge happening, especially, if it\u2019s also the first time at a festival altogether. Up until now these artists have been announced for this years\u2019 Summer Sound festival – American rockband Goo Goo Dolls, the British rockband Coasts, German DJ Alle Farben, the local Musiqq, Aija Andrejeva, Labv\u0113l\u012bgais Tips, Dzelzs Vilks, Pienved\u0113ja Piedz\u012bvojumi, R\u012bgas Modes, Igo, Justs, Sudden Lights, Marta Ritova, Astra The 22\u2019s, Rigga Reggae, Singap\u016bras Sat\u012bns, rappers Ansis, Edav\u0101rdi and Fakts, DJs Toms Gr\u0113vi\u0146\u0161 and Makree, bands \u010cipsis un Dullais, Inokentijs M\u0101rpls, Soundarcade, \u017didr\u016bns, The Bongo Club, The Bad Tones, M\u00far, Buchares, PODRUGA, DJ Uldis Rudaks.<\/p>\n
Lithuania-based musician Andis Gr\u012bva with his band – Andis Gr\u012bva is WWMM, Lithuanian Colours of Bubbles, Garbanotas Bosistas and Antikvariniai Ka\u0161pirovskio dantys.<\/p>\n
Right now the special Liep\u0101jnieku bi\u013cetes tickets are on sale. These tickets allow the local city inhabitants and their guests to buy entrance tickets for a lower price in all of Bi\u013ce\u0161u Serviss ticket offices in Liep\u0101ja. Every ISIC card holder is also eligible for purchasing a ticket at a lowered fee.<\/p>\n
In year 2018, Summer Sound will take place for the 8th time, and has undoubtedly become one of the most improtant music events of the Baltic summer. That is confirmed by the thousands of attendees that come each year to the wonderful beach of Liep\u0101ja to enjoy musical entertainment and relaxation by the seaside for two whole days.
