Mark In Red (ex Moontalk) is a four piece alternative / modern rock band lead by Modris Skaistkalns (composer, music producer, lead singer). The first official record, a six song EP, was released in 2015 along with a video for a song “I Hope I Blow Your Mind”. During next years band had performed in various venues in Latvia, including music festivals “Positivus”, “SummerSound”, “Studentu Paradīze”, “RockUp”. In 2017 the band switched to a more alternative sound and in 2018, joined by a guitarist Raitis Balandīns, started work on a new material which now is a few steps away from an album. By the start of 2019 band got it’s current title “Mark In Red”, endowing more energy in band’s dynamic action.
