Singer and songwriter Oskars Deigelis began his career in 2010, when he released his debut single ”Neatlaid” (“Don’t Let Go”) in collaboration with the singer Rassell. A successful partnership continued to develop with Rassell over a number of years, performing in concerts all over Latvia and writing songs for each other. Deigelis has written lyrics for singers such as Rassell, Samanta Tīna, Sabine Berezina, Liene Matveja, Forte and others. Oskars has also recorded together with musicians like Rassell, Sabine Berezina, Fakts and others.

Oskars has made music videos for several songs: ”Man ir labi”, ”Ar sauli sirdī (Meklēt patiesību)’’ feat. Fakts, ”Tu mani iedvesmo” ”Par ticību un cerību” and ”Mīlestība nepāriet”. The single ”Sapņu autobuss” was one of the most downloaded Christmas songs from the website platforma.lv between December 2010 and May 2011. Oskars Deigelis also appeared in the final of Muzikāla Banka 2011 with the song “Minēt nav vērts”. In 2012 Deigelis recorded the jingle “Labāk, ātrāk, tuvāk, vienmēr” for the VIASAT LV advert. In 2012 he reached the final of the TV show Okartes Skatuve 2. In the spring 2013 Deigeļis’ gospel album ”Izglābts” was released. His single ”Just Stop” was one of the 24 songs that made it to the Latvian semi-finals of the Eurovision Song Contest “Dziesma 2014″. Deigelis released his second studio album ”Dubults neplīst” in 2014.
