Formed in Riga in the spring of 2011, this five-piece band – Evgenijs Glazers (vocals, guitar), Andrejs Sadkovojs (guitar), Maksims Morozovs (bass), Andrejs Furtats (electronics) and Arturs Pavlovskis (percussion) – draws its influences from a variety of sources. From post-rock to drum´n´bass… from grunge to ambient… Treeeye offers dive into wide range of moods, atmospheric mix of sounds, and balanced combination of electronic & acoustic instruments. The band has been invited to take part in many famous cultural events and festivals in Latvia – Positivus Festival, Give&Get Festival, White Night, Museum Night, Annual Carnival of Art Academy of Latvia… and even created and organized own music festival Malafest.
